Daniel's passion for fitness began when his dad took him to the gym at age 16. His training style encompasses a broad spectrum of physical health, blending elements of gymnastics, yoga, pilates and CrossFit.

When it comes to sticking to a sustainable fitness routine, Daniel believes consistency trumps intensity every time.

Proving to be an all-round active person in and outside the gym, Daniel loves surfing, kitesurfing and shredding on his snowboard in his free time.
