Connor Marshall

“OPTIMISE YOUR HEALTH.”

Connor first got into fitness wanting to increase his size and strength, but was inspired to become a personal trainer during his first year of university studying to be an Occupational Therapist. After seeing the effects of poor lifestyle choices, Connor was driven to promote a proactive approach to healthy living.

He believes the secret to getting ahead is getting started. There's never a perfect time to start - the current moment is the best time to take action in the right direction.

Connor’s training style is based around optimising health, including energy, brain clarity, strength and movement. He also goes out of his way to make training fun, with optimal body composition a bi-product of the training.

A passionate foodie, when he’s not eating or in the gym, you’ll find Connor playing basketball.
