Growing up Christopher, (known as CJ) was inspired by his Brother who was a personal trainer. He was excited by the opportunities that the fitness industry lead too. He soon fell in love with the idea that he too could spread this knowledge and passion to as many people possible.
CJ adopts a fast tempo approach to training. He will keep you moving and the heart rate going. Whilst keeping this fast tempo he is extremely diligent with form and technique meaning he will guide your progression in a safe and productive way.
He is a strong believer that being fit not only improves your physical health, but also your mental health. When CJ is not at the gym, you'll find him running along the beach or learning new things. He also really enjoys hanging with his friends and watching the footy!
