Christina has been involved with fitness from a young age. Her sporting background is widely diverse, ranging from fencing, ballet, and eventually 15 years of practicing horse riding. Christina has been an avid gym-goer since she was 16 and is fuelled by the variety and how it can improve your body and mindset.
Getting a good coach and create a healthy lifestyle balance is imperative when starting your fitness journey. Christina recommends not to try and go from 0 -100 in a week as everyone and their lifestyle is different, so make sure you find the right fit for you and don’t compare yourself to others. Simply create the best version of yourself.
Christina has a very flexible and adaptable training style, ensuring that she is always checking in as to how her clients are feeling during a session and tailoring their training regime to suit. Technique and education are a big focus in every training session for Christina.
Outside of the gym Christina likes to stay sharp and alert nominating a new sport to try every weekend, which she likes to call "Activity Sunday".
