Chloe first got into fitness through playing sports like football. As a personal trainer, she now loves being able to help people see their worth and achieve their goals.

If you’re thinking about kickstarting your own fitness journey, Chloe recommends just giving it a go and jump into it! Instead of thinking about how hard fitness can be, focus on the benefits and try different types of fitness to find what suits.

Chloe’s training style includes hypertrophy and strength training. She loves focusing on heavier weights with fewer reps to gain all round benefits and help those just starting out get into the rhythm of working out.

When she’s not busy in the gym, you’ll find Chloe playing footy or hanging out with her friends.
