Chiara Mezzasoma

“FOCUS ON WHAT FITNESS MEANS TO YOU.”

Chiara has always been into sports from a young age, including playing volleyball for 11 years and tennis for 8. After signing up to a gym in her early 20’s, she knew that was her place and it soon became her passion. She started to educate herself through reading, watching videos, and studying to learn more about training, but after a few years realised that she wanted more, turning this passion into her job and life.

For those just starting out on their fitness journeys, Chiara recommends focusing on what fitness really means to you.

Chiara likes to focus on strength training, using barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells, and likes to educate her clients on the importance of having strength, particularly as we age. Her main goal is to help her clients grow their confidence and achieve their body composition goals through this type of training, helping them to feel better, both emotionally and physically.

Outside of the gym, Chiara likes to relax by listening to music, reading, cooking and getting artistic through drawing.
