Say hello to...

Cassidy Anderson

Game On, Joondalup

“Find out what you’re capable of!”

Cassidy has always enjoyed being active, as a former runner and Muay Thai enthusiast. After seeking out a personal trainer to teach her more, she was exposed to the gym environment and fell in love with the different styles of training.

It was once Cassidy started playing around with strength training and functional movement patterns within her own training, that her desire to help show others what their bodies are capable of really peaked.

Enjoying the process and doing a little bit each day are Cassidy’s best pieces of advice for those new to fitness. It’s important to remember that you don’t have to do everything in a day!

Cassidy’s training style utilises weights and body resistance to work towards body recomposition. She aims to help her clients unlock their bodies’ full capabilities when it comes to strength and mobility.

When she’s not at the gym, Cassidy enjoys baking yummy things or binge-watching Mike Thurston on YouTube.
