Caryn's passion for fitness grew from her favourite school subject Phys Ed, that and maintaining the perfect beach bod.

When it comes to first-time gym-goers Caryn wants you to know that starting your fitness journey is less scary than going on a blind date! Caryn's focus is on training with control, technique, good posture, and proper breathwork. Guiding you on how to fire up your muscles as effectively as possible so your muscles keep burning calories up to 48 hours after your session.

Outside of the gym, Caryn loves to indulge in relaxing to spa music, the sauna, and deep-tissue massages. Keeping her mind fresh and healthy as well as her body.
