Brendan's passion for fitness, began after his after-school karate class turned competitive.
This lead him onto study a Sports Science degree, that now allows him to specialise in high performance training as a Personal Trainer.
He believes that consistency is key to understanding for anyone starting their fitness journey! Brendan says that the hardest part is starting, but keep going because it will pay off!
Brendan applies principles of exercise science, nutrition and sport strength and conditioning to achieve various goals for his clients!
Outside of the gym, Brendan loves climbing, snorkling and playing MTG!
