Austen’s journey with fitness started out in high school playing basketball, before getting into the gym with friends for fun after school. Seeing his own performance improvements through strength and conditioning inspired him to want to help others achieve the same. He loves teaching people new skills and bringing them closer towards their goals.
Austen’s advice for anyone starting their fitness journey is to take small steps, and invest in a good trainer to learn as much as you can.
His training style is centred around improving strength and explosiveness for sports performance for anyone who wants to look and perform like an athlete.
When he’s not dunking the basketball, Austen enjoys gaming and art.
