Antoine has always been into sports including tennis, rugby and kitesurfing, but first stepped into a gym at age 16 and now loves sharing his passion and dedication with others. Antoine finds nothing more rewarding than witnessing the positive changes in his clients’ lives and seeing their transformations.

When it comes to kick starting your fitness journey, Antione recommends setting a goal, getting the assistance you need, not stressing about the opinions of others, enjoying the process and having fun on the way.

Antoine’s training style is based on bodybuilding, helping his clients to achieve shape while being strong and fit.

When he’s not bodybuilding, Antoine likes to go kitesurfing, chill at the beach or cook up a storm in the kitchen.
