Anthony has always been active, having being involved in numerous sports from a young age and loving a team environment. Anthony now enjoys helping elevate others to a level they’d never thought possible through fitness.
For those thinking about starting out in a gym, Anthony says to not to fear the journey to your goal.
Anthony’s training style focuses on maximising his clients’ performance, application and execution. He does this through identifying weaknesses such as postural issues and body movement patterns, then identifying and correcting those weaknesses to improve overall performance.
Outside of the gym, you’ll find Anthony playing AFL, cricket or golf.
