A love of soccer, and a desire to improve her performance on the field, led Ange to the gym in an effort to become as strong and fit as possible.
She believes that fitness doesn't need to be complicated; rather, the best way to get results is by keeping it simple. Starting and sticking with the basics - eating, sleeping and training well - on a consistent basis will lead to big results.
As a trainer, Ange takes a holistic approach to each individual's health and fitness to curate personalised plans to suit all ages and requirements. Generally, her training works across areas of resistance and HIIT. Ange continues to play soccer in her spare time in addition to eating good food, spending time outdoors and has just been recruited by the Fremantle Dockers AFLW team.
