Amy Flower


Amy’s love for fitness started with a passion for running and swimming, having participated in a lot of competitive sport. This led to a desire to improve her performance in these sports, which took her to the gym to cross train to help build strength in other areas. Seeing first-hand the affect that training had on her performance, Amy pursued personal training to help others achieve the same.

Amy believes in being consistent with training and healthy eating habits to get the best results. Understanding that everyone needs to start somewhere, she encourages stepping out of your comfort zone and is there to help you along the way.

Amy’s training style combines resistance and cardio training through HIIT sessions to give you a well-rounded workout.

When she’s not in the gym, you’ll find Amy at the beach or going for walks with friends. Anything and everything outdoors gets her tick of approval.
