Alex's passion for soccer began with his fitness journey. Finding adversity through rehabilitation and strength training as a result of some soccer injuries, Alex discovered a love for lifting and the rest is history.

For those just beginning, Alex suggests setting small goals and always asking for help from qualified/experienced trainers as Google isn't always right!

When it comes to training Alex likes to focus on building muscle mass and gaining strength while remaining symmetrical and functional to complete other activities and sports.

Outside of the gym, you can still find Alex kicking around the soccer ball!
