Adrian Morosan

Adrian grew up playing soccer and team sports, so he started going to the gym to improve his strength and conditioning. This is where he found his love for bodybuilding, and he now lives and breathes everything health and fitness. What he loves most about being a personal trainer is now sharing this passion with others, helping his clients to see progress and achieve things they never thought were possible.

Adrian’s training style combines a mixture of physique bodybuilding (body decomposition) and strength training.

When he’s not training his clients, Adrian enjoys bodybuilding as an ICN Pro in Classic Physique and Men’s Physique, doing food challenges, spending time at the beach or walking along the coast.

Romanian Deadlift (may be a little bias because I’m from Romania)
